How to Raise Portfolio to EPC Rating C and Above

Based upon the recommendations from the Retrofit and Energy Review Report, Rretofit Practice will undertake an in-depth review of your current Housing Portfolio, utilising our in-house, proprietary algorithms, to assess:

• quick wins where EPC C Rating can be achieved with small, value for money retrofit interventions

• priority properties not currently meeting EPC Rating E, to assess the range of retrofit interventions, costs, value for money (£ per SAP point), pay back period

• complete portfolio providing a costed package of works to ensure minimum EPC C Rating; provide Project and Implementation Plan, recommend funding opportunities
